Events & fringe programme
To highlight certain themes and bring together the different actors of the sector, we will organize, in collaboration with our partners, an extensive fringe programme.
In October the nominees will be announced through an exhibition, lectures and debates in the context of Archiweek organized by Urban.
Organized in collaboration with the CIVA, five debates with the architects of the nominated projects will take place from mid-October until the award ceremony in December. The goal is to bring together several offices on stage to create a debate around a current theme.
An exhibition will take place from October 19 to December 14 at See U in Ixelles. It will allow you to discover the nominated projects and to vote online for your favorite project.
The award ceremony will take place on 13 December 2021 at the Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels.
The special issue A+293 will be entirely dedicated to the Brussels Architecture Prize. In 162 pages, not only will the nominees and laureates be presented, but every submission will also be covered. There will also be room for quotes from the jury, a longer article contextualizing architecture in Brussels, and interviews.
